About

Yuzhi “Jude” Lu is a doctoral student in the Department of Communication at the University of Connecticut. Her research focuses on persuasive message design through storytelling. Specifically, she is interested in applying narrative persuasion theories to examine human empathy, explore people’s acceptance of AI-generated content, and develop effective health messages.
